External Sales Representative for Québec City

To continue the company's growth supported by excellence objectives, it is looking for a sales professional to join its team in the new LookSecure division as an External Sales Representative for the Island of Montreal. LookSecure is a startup that began within the New Look Vision Group a year ago. It is a company that specializes in eye protection solutions. LookSecure's expertise is based on the strength of one of the largest networks of opticians and optometrists in Canada. The lenses are manufactured in Montreal at the New Look Vision Group laboratory with a local workforce. LookSecure - The best protection for your vision.


Job Summary:


Reporting to the Sales Director of LookSecure, your mandate will be to contribute to the achievement of your business unit's objectives by soliciting new external clients. You will do this by establishing and maintaining partnerships based on trusted relationships with clients in your territory.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Implement established sales strategies to identify and analyze sales opportunities;
  • Promote products and services;
  • Establish, renew, and negotiate product and service contracts with clients;
  • Schedule meetings, including cold calls, that will allow for a schedule distributed between preparation time and client meetings;
  • Analyze monthly sales efforts and results to identify strategic action plans;
  • Any other related tasks.


Job Requirements and Qualifications:


  • Hold a university degree in Marketing, Business Administration;
  • Open to new graduates;
  • Action and result-oriented;
  • Have an interest in solicitation and skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changes, and meet deadlines in a constantly evolving environment;
  • Possess a valid driver's license and vehicle;
  • Work with determination and self-motivation;
  • Adaptability;
  • Organizational skills;
  • Be independent and able to learn quickly;
  • Possess an open mind;
  • Use a professional approach in communication and negotiation;
  • Knowledge of CRM software: an asset;
  • Good mastery of the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Be an excellent communicator, both orally and in writing, in French and English.
