Graphic Designer

New Look Vision Group is looking for a passionate and versatile Graphic Designer to lead and support various projects in advertising, communications, multimedia, corporate image, production, etc. within an internal multidisciplinary team (photographer/videographer, CRM/email specialist, Ecommerce, content, social networks, etc.) and external (advertising agency, media agency, freelancers, etc.).

Reporting to the Senior Director, Communication and Marketing, the Graphic Designer’s tasks will be to: 

• Realize and produce printed, electronic and digital advertising projects for various banners, both for internal and external purposes (animation, web banners, gifs, web pages, social media posts, etc.);
• Propose innovative concepts to the marketing team;
• Create private collection brands or products with unique visual identity (models, logos, mood boards, graphic standards guides, etc.);
• Create web projects models (UX & UI);
• Design and integrate web pages, banners, blogs, emails, interactive advertisings and other front-end contents using technological tools;
• Be a contact point for other departments and partners who need brands assets and visual content;
• Take charge of production projects : image processing, photo editing, technical drawings, illustrations, stop-motion, etc.;
• Identify and master print specifications and procedures, proofread, revise and ensure the delivered items’ quality.

Requirements

• Hold a college or university degree in graphic design or equivalent; 
• Have 3-5 years of experience in design and/or advertising;
• Master Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and InDesign; 
• Know the standards of printed production; 
• Know the standards of Web/HTML production;
• Be creative and have a developed artistic sense; 
• Attention to detail, versatility and resourcefulness; 
• Sense of initiative and excellent ability to adapt to change;
• Master French and English (spoken and written).
