Handyman

The Newlook Vision Group is looking for someone to do anything for general work. This person will work at our laboratory located at 4405, chemin du Bois-Franc in Ville St-Laurent.

Performs various tasks necessary for the proper functioning of building, interior and exterior cleaning and maintenance operations

Main Responsibilities

• In charge of various repair work of all kinds
• Moving equipment or furniture from one location to another
• Installation of different items like wire cover, light
• Small plaster and painting work
• Perform a variety of installation tasks
• Fix furniture
• Material handling work
• Using a Forklift or Manual Pallet Jack
• General repair or installation work such as lock replacement, light bulb change

Requirements

• Good manual skill;
• Speed of work execution;
• Be attentive to detail;
• Good sense of observation;
• A sense of thoroughness;
• Be resourceful and conscientious;
• Cleanliness and compliance with quality standards;
• Good knowledge of French.
• Ability to work independently and independently without supervision
